Please read this global service agreement carefully before initiating a software scope download, configuring a solution cart, or entering a project execution track with Webtech Solutions. By utilizing our infrastructure, you expressly agree to the parameters bound below.

01. General Terms & Operator

This application environment and all associated commercial sub-routes are legally operated and monitored by the following business entity:

These Terms and Conditions govern all remote b2b software acquisitions, custom code licensing blocks, deployment workflows, and technical consulting parameters configured between the Operator and the Client entity.

02. Scope of Digital Services

Webtech Solutions specializes in high-velocity enterprise software architecture development. Our operational fields include:

• Design, execution, and continuous updates of proprietary Magento 2.4.7+ modules.

• Custom full-stack software development tracking the Laravel framework.

• Data pipeline layer engineering through complex n8n, Make.com, and Zapier automated environments.

• Advanced artificial intelligence layer installations, specifically linking OpenAI token utilities with e-commerce core systems.

03. B2B Ordering & No-Payment Policy

Our transaction funnel is optimized strictly for enterprise-level safety (High-Intent Lead Routing). When a user configures a solution basket and submits parameters through the checkout interface, the following processing rules apply:

Step 3.1: Scope Request Logging – Submitting the checkout form registers a firm, high-intent configuration request within our secure Laravel data layer. No financial card metrics or payment parameters are captured during this stage.

Step 3.2: System Compatibility Check – The Operator performs a structural technical evaluation of the Client's current stack within 12 business hours to verify deployment safety limits.

Step 3.3: Finalization & Invoicing – Following manual validation or direct consultation alignment, a final commercial service agreement is generated, and secure payment pathways are provisioned directly.

04. License Maps & Software Delivery

Unless explicitly augmented by a separate corporate contract layer, all szoftver modules (including Mage SEO Pro, Mage Sentinel Pro, and Mage Insight Pro) are distributed under the following parameters:

Single Instance License: The acquisition grants the Client a non-transferable, non-exclusive, perpetual right to deploy the software package on exactly one (1) live production environment and associated staging/local nodes.

Update Track: Every package purchase guarantees access to core version compatibility updates and patch arrays for a duration of twelve (12) calendar months from the execution date.

05. Limitation of Liability

Webtech Solutions develops architecture components observing peak engineering standards. However, given the fluctuating nature of third-party system dependencies (such as OpenAI API endpoints, Magento platform updates, or hosting server configuration flags), the Operator cannot be held liable for any loss of digital revenue, operational downtime, or performance regression parameters resulting from module installations.

The Client holds absolute accountability for executing full database backup traces inside staging sandboxes before committing any software updates to production environments.

06. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This service agreement, data mapping process, and all commercial connections are governed exclusively by the laws of Hungary and the European Union. In the event of an infrastructure dispute or interpretation discrepancy, both entities commit to resolving parameters through structured, amicable business consultations before escalating files to formal legal courts.

07.Use of AI-Generated Content & Third-Party AI Systems

AI Disclosure & Transparency (Article 50 EU AI Act): In accordance with European Union AI transparency requirements, users are explicitly notified that certain features, content, analytics, and software modules provided by Webtech Solutions incorporate or generate content using synthetic AI models. This includes AI-generated product metadata, weather anomaly risk notifications, and structured /llms.txt indexes.

Nature of AI Outputs & Accuracy Disclaimers:

• AI-generated recommendations, automated metadata, and shipping route warnings are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for operational assistance and informational purposes only.

• Large Language Models and AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed outputs (commonly referred to as AI hallucinations or latency anomalies). Webtech Solutions does not guarantee 100% accuracy of synthetic outputs and shall not be held liable for business decisions made solely based on AI-generated data.

Deployer Responsibilities for Module Customers:

• Customers who purchase, install, or deploy Webtech Solutions Magento 2 AI modules (e.g., Mage SEO Pro, WeatherAnomaly) on their own storefronts accept the legal responsibility of acting as a Deployer under the EU AI Act.

• Module customers are solely responsible for informing their end-users about AI interaction where required by local or European regulations, ensuring lawful data collection, and maintaining appropriate human oversight over automated store operations.

Intellectual Property Rights over AI Outputs: Ownership of custom prompt engineering, software integration code, and module architecture remains the exclusive intellectual property of Webtech Solutions. Subject to full payment of applicable license or service fees, customers receive a non-exclusive right to utilize the resulting AI-generated output for their intended commercial operations.
